We made the switch from Eaglesoft to Dentrix about a year and a half ago. There are plenty of things we like better about Dentrix! But I SERIOUSLY MISS how easy it was to track changes to appointments, ledgers, treatment plans, etc in Eaglesoft. Each item added to the ledger (account) clearly shows which user added the item. Pretty positive there was also a log to view recent changes to just about anything in Eaglesoft. So if an appointment mysteriously goes missing, run the report and see a list of all recently changed or deleted appointments and which user made the change. If treatment or a payment gets deleted or changed from the ledger, it shows in the report and shows which user made the change. This made it so much easier to keep staff accountable. It would be SOO nice to have the same visibility in Dentrix!! Pretty please?!

Agreed! There needs to be a way to track EVERYTHING in Dentrix - who posted what payment, who scanned/deleted a document, when an appointment was deleted and why (other than going through the Audit Trail which requires you to know when it was deleted to halfway track - this also needs to be available on each's patient's record), etc. just to be able to track employee performance in the office and identify who is making consistent mistakes

There should be a way to track staff members to see what they have done during the day.
