It would be helpful to not have e-bills automatically "send" when you hit enter. The "send" button is highlighted to go if this is done and there is no way to cancel it. It would be better to need to actually click on send so bills do not go prematurely. There should also be a way to cancel sending the batch if this happens before bills are actually ready to go.
