Have a box where you can type in description - like space maintainer - if you don't know code

Sometimes I don't know what category to look in for a procedure - like space maintainer is under preventative where I would think it would be under restorative. So I search the category for code I need and can't find

Add a box where you can type in procedure and it will find codes that relate to that procedure so you choose the correct one.
