Please add the corresponding color to the provider number in the appointment information box. When I try to make an appointment for one of my hygienists, I can see what color hygienist is scheduled to work that particular shift on the schedule, I do not however know which color corresponds with which provider. This has led to the front desk constantly overriding the provider unavailable dialogue box that pops up all day. As a result, I have a week of patients booked for a vacation week that I blocked off (properly) on the schedule.
