On reviewing our system, we have 4,200 patients that have not been seen in our practice in 3 years. We want to mark them all as "inactive" but I am told by your help desk that the only way to do this is one-by-one. Can you please create a way to do this in bulk? As a specialty practice, we typically only see patients for their treatment and then they go back to their general dentist and so this is something we will have to keep doing on a regular basis.

I would like to have this feature with parameters to select patients we haven't seen in 18 months that don't have a balance.
