Font size already used is way too small. Our patients complain of the entire form when printed and comment they need a magnifying glass to read it!!! Please add font size options for the entire Tx Planner print out!

Please ...I've been asking for this since we downladed G4. The font, especially the numbers are too small and illegible...it's a horrible font besides. We need some options to make it easier to read. Please please please!!!!

i totally agree. it is waaay too small when trying to review it with the patient. also, i hate that it doesn't spell out "patient" and says "pat"instead in the column. People don't know what that is!

I agree. I believe we should be able to adjust the font size not only in the Header but also the size of the tooth chart is so small you can't read the numbers and the benefit box is too small as well. 50% of our patient base are baby boomers + and fine print is not a practice booster

Please change the font on the treatment planner. It is so small that nobody can read it. The font on the printed treatment plan needs to be at least 10 if not 12.

This is, in my opinion, the worst change from 11.0 to G4. There should at least be an option to revert to the old/classic view of the treatment planner that people can actually read without a mignifying glass!

The new layout is hard to read. Small type size and odd organization gives the impression that we are trying to be difficult or complicated. The layout and legibility is really poor. Thanks.

Seriously? There is obviously a lot of interest in this - please improve this crucial part of presentation for our patients - we need this!

Not only change font size but be able to move header where we want it to be for custom letter head paper.

I think it would be great if we had a tx planner report that looked similar to the A/R report. Here we have this great feature to mark tx as created, proposed, accepted, or declined; yet no feature to really utilize that in a way that is easy to ready and quick to analyze. Wouldn't it be great if it was similar to the A/R report which shows columns of current, >30, >60, >90. We could easily see the patients with recommended tx, where they stand on completing that tx, and the percentages of each category. It would be great to have it show also in a printable report to hand to the dentist, but then have it in an interactive module similar to the collections manager where you can click at the top of each column to have it sort by date or total dollar amount tx planned. We are missing opportunities to better analyze our pending treatment and follow up practices.

I couldn't believe that you can't customize the treatment plan that you are presenting to your patients. We should be able to even upload our logo and print it. Any word or excel document can do this as well as the other competitors. This should be an easy fix. I am embarassed to use the templates that are provided.

I agree that we should be able to customize this report with our logo and a header of our choice. I realize there are some choices built into Dentrix, but it is our personal image that should be marketed on this important document, not some meaningless glitz.

Please correct this- the font is so tiny and the report is hard to read. Every time I print one and present it, I begin by saying "I'm sorry that this is so difficult to read." That's not really how I prefer to begin financial consultations!

I also agree, the practice name is huge and the patient name is tiny. Offices ask me all the time if I can change that for them. Great request.

I would love to be able to design the treatment planner to fit with the rest of our branding. I've tried everything and 'least garish' has been my best option so far. The ability to change the color, font and images would solve this.

I agree with all of the above comments. I also begin by apologizing to our patients for the illegibility of the printed document. If you can't produce an upgrade that makes it completely customizable, at least increase the font size. Please!!!

It would be convenient if we could create one comprehensive treatment plan for a patient that may need to spread treatment over one or two years, and also show them their estimated insurance and patient portions for each year. Of course this is assuming the patient keeps the same insurance from year to year. Currently, we are having to create a comprehensive treatment plan for the patient, complete some of the work during one year, then re-treatment plan the remaining work to show the following year so that they can see an estimate of what insurance portion and patient portion will be. You can change the date in each code to a subsequent year, but the insurance coverage and patient portion does not update to the new year of coverage.

Can you please fix the spelling error on G6.2 in the bottom square... REMAINING is not spelled correctly. Also, can you change the coloring to not have a huge red box, that's a lot of wasted ink when printing out Tx Plans for pts. It was perfect the way it was in G6.1. I know we could use the simple format, but that's a little to simple. Thanks!
