When running Provider A/R Totals, although the Inactive Providers are hidden by default, if you run report with All Providers, it will still show the Inactive Providers. Even if you were to select the first provider listed in the From section and the last provider in the To section, all the inactive providers will be shown. There should be an option to exclude Inactive Providers from this report, so we can see a succinct A/R report for Active Providers. Over time, this list will continue to get longer and longer as providers become inactivated and come and go through a practice.
