Customize Treatment Case and Case Report

For the Treatment Cases, provide options to just print procedures, fees and total. Customize how it looks (i.e. where the lines and information show up, font size, sorting) and provide options to exclude any information (i.e. tooth chart, any insurance information, insurance boxes/columns). Have the Treatment plan totals/subtotals be bold or different font size so they stand out. Have the report date print below the provider's name on the first page. Option to arrange the collums that print out. Option to run for a date range. Option to print provider information (email address, web address, etc.).

In the new Health History, in the Upper left corner there is a red cross with a sun. The first option is "Add Multiple". I like to use this setting because as the PT is telling me all the medical conditions, allergies and medications, I can add them quickly. One setting that I wish this "Add Multiple" had was as I add the conditions/ medications/ or allergies, and it moves it to the Right side column, i wish that I could double click on the item and make a note right then. As my patients tell me the medication they are taking, they also tell me the dosage right now, and I can not enter it until I get out of that setting, and then I have to go in later and add the dosage and frequency. I want to do it right then as I am adding multiple items.

I agree some of our elderly patients cannot make out the totals of treatment plan. We have to write out total big enough for them to see.

having that flexibility will allow office to print one-page treatment estimates and avoid second page estimate with notes only

Please! There are a lot of votes for this - obviously an issue. The treatment case print out is horrible - older patients can't read it at all. Please give us the ability to adjust font size and control the look of what we print. Please please please!

This is good, however, if the visits could be separated by a line (noting which visit, Visit 1, Visit 2, etc.), that would make it easier to read also. Too many pages are wasted when prining due to large fonts used for the doctor and/or practice name, plus the large size of "Treatment case" on the print out. It needs to be a more condensed format.

We would like the option to show appointment totals only and not have the fees itemized or show a single fee for the entire case.

Generally, better control of how this reports prints is needed, especially since it got much worse in G5.

I would also like to manually change the order of items within the visits. For example, I would like to move items that MIGHT be needed to the bottom of the visit (such as buildups or D4212), so that benefits are assigned to what is definitely needed first (the crown).

We should be able to print them by catagory. In our dental office we have certain people who call on Wisdom Teeth, others who call on Crowns, and others who call on Fillings etc.. there is not a way to seperate those and print a report. It uses up too much paper to print a report for each person just an idea. Pam Bertino Bright Smiles Dental in Pflugerville, texas

Unscheduled treatment plan report does not currently delineate when a "watch" is placed around a tooth. This DECREASES EFFICIENCY when attempting follow-up with patients. Would welcome either of following options: 1) ability to right click on a tooth to define the watch, without actually entering a treatment procedure, or 2) ability to exclude "optional" or "eventual" case severity selections, when generating an Unscheduled Treatment Report.

On the case presentation slip be able to change it from the " Tooth #'s" TO the upper and lower arch pictures instead of the 6 teeth that currently show up. They want to be able to draw/illustrate w/pencil or whatever on that. The 6 teeth do us no good. Thank you

There needs to be a way to display optional treatment plans on separate charts. A 'tab' system that displayed a chart with option A, a different chart for option B and so on. This way, presentions to patients would be easier, more visual and greatly enhanced. thanks

I think it would be VERY helpful if the Unscheduled Treatment Report would print the case status notes when selecting the detailed report option. That way everyone in the office, or anybody using the quick reference report, can see the most recent case status updates and not overwhelm patients with an overload of follow up and contact calls. PLEASE PRINT CASE STATUS NOTES ON THE UNSCHEDULED TREATMENT REPORTS
