We have several patients who are past due for hygiene because we were forced to be closed from mid March through the end of April. Also, many patients before and after that time were not comfortable coming in due to fear of contracting COVID. They are scheduled now, but farther out in our schedule due to available openings at the time of the call. I wish that we could see their CC due date in the Appointment View so we could easily see who to call to come in earlier when we get a cancellation. This way we could call to move them up in the schedule.

This would also let us easily see if someone was scheduled too early on accident.
