As of now our new patients, since the 7.3 Dentrix update, have an alert box that shows on patients' tooth charts which is extremely helpful. However, on existing patients, it appears it has to be manually done, after speaking to tech support. Would love if there is a way turn on for popups for all existing patients so it shows alert on the tooth chart.
