Dentrix Hub should be able to send one text appointment reminder to the patient's parent for multiple children appointments.
We're having an issue w/ patient families not receiving all their reminders or only getting limited reminders for some of the family members. We have all the reminder settings in place, but it doesn't seem like the system is following that....
