Right now I print a report for each provider monthly and make notes to use for follow up. It would be wonderful to be able to have a notes area for these type of notes and the ability to change the color or outline particular lines. It would allow you to use it as a worksheet type report to refer back to as well as helping you keep your place when interrupted.
