IN journal entries, the types are limited. If you were to Add the Journal entry type to Practic Setup - Defenitions and allow people to adjust them to expand their needs. For example we don't use the Hipaa Journal entry at all, but if we could change that to Appointment notes (I.E. Cancled - moved - had a problem with assistant/doc/hyg - etc) we could have additional non clinical notes for patients.

YES - how about an option for "conversation" with patient in the office. This is done very often (about their plans for tx, appt needs, life events, etc.). It's not a phone call or a message. What option is suggested for this now?
