I am trying to add a new provider and a new color for the appt book and it won't hold her color in the paletter. Too frustrating to type in exact color code each time. There are many colors on the palette that we don't use but can't change. Also I believe I could save custom colors before onto the palette.

The color palette seems to be a Windows feature that Dentrix uses, but doesn't fully take advantage of. Half of the colors in that palette are too dark to use within Dentrix (unless Dentrix allowed for white type, which it doesn't). It's great that Dentrix allows the creation, and use of custom colors, but without saving them, it makes it very tedious (as the poster pointed out) to re-use them for future events... This would be a very handy feature for Dentrix to integrate.
