It would be very nice to be able to text or email a patient a temporary link to fill out forms just like we can currently in "Today's Follow Up Actions". If email is used, then no message consent would be needed. Most patients do not want to create an account with us to do this. A temporary link would be much more useful. I personally have way too many random accounts like this. Account or app bloat!

DURING COVID, PROTECTING OUR TEAM AND COMMUNITY IS IMPORTANT! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT WE CANNOT GET A SEPARATE LINK FOR A SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE TO FACILITATE THE PROCESS IN ADVANCE!
IT IS NO GOOD TO LEARN ABOUT A POTENTIAL PROBLEM JUST BEFORE THEY WALK IN AND THEN YOU ARE LEFT WITH A HOLE IN YOUR SCHEDULE AND A TICKED OFF PATIENT!
PLEASE!!!!!!ADD ANOTHER LINK TO FACILITATE A COVID SCREENING FORM. IT SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE ATTACHED TO BOTH AN EMAIL AND SHORTENED FOR TEXT REMINDERS.
