After posting a payment that has a deductible applied, have that deductible info print on the billing statement. Many patients do not look at their EOBs and will call the office asking why the remaining balance is so high. It would be nice if after posting an insurance check & putting the deductable amount in the dialogue box, to have that info print on the statement.
