When we are call the unscheduled list and making notes to call patient back, we have make the notes in the appt information and then also copy paste it into the journal. a button under "wait/will call" and above "Pinboard" that says "copy/paste to journal" would be helpful.

This would be amazing in several different areas of Dentrix. Appointments, Clinical Notes, Insurance Claim Notes, Guarantor Notes, Basically anywhere we would have called or emailed a patient or insurance, a Copy to Journal button would be the bomb.com.LOL
