When adding a new appointment through initial reason

When adding a new appointment through initial reason have the Pcodes set up to different provider codes

You can measure production and collections for different categories. For example for a recall the Dr get credit for the exam, but the practice/hygienist for the prophy. Right now we are having to change it at check out since the initial reason that defaults for the App is all set to the same provider code.
