When patients are asked to set up username and password to create a patient portal, they need to know what the limitations of the password are, ie...'9 characters only'. Right now, it doesn't display it and pt doesn't know why their set up doesn't work because it doesn't say anything about your password is too long, or contains special characters, etc. So the password requirements need to be displayed so the patients are aware of any restrictions that are in play.
