Instead of having the phone number categories of home, work, cell, to change it to "primary" and "secondary" phone number, and maybe an "emergency" number. Its impossible to keep track of which patients prefer the use their home vs cell numbers, and some get really upset when you call them on the unfavorable telephone line.

GReat suggestion. It really should be preferred phone number, however we need to be able to differentiate mobile number so that the reminder and texting application can filter out which number to use.
