There should be some way to flag people who are due for form updates

Some forms expire 3-6-12 months after they are filled out. There should be a flag or notes that come up when they are scheduled to let you know they are due to update those forms

    We added these forms as a procedure code under other and gave them CC values. When a pt is due we add to the appointment just like anything else.

    Under Continuing Care you can use Med-History to alert you.
