Max not being counted toward preventive services.

Some insurance plans don't apply the max towards preventive procedures. We need away to mark this, that way it won't say the patient is maxed when they really aren't.

yes we need this, so annoying to be going back and forth editing the max. I don’t see why it will not be easy to come up with check box just like the deductible.

Yes, please! It would be extremely helpful when treatment planning, especially when someone has a low maximum.

This would be extremely helpful. When giving an estimate it calculates in pending claims even if they don't count towards the maximum. This makes the estimate very inaccurate and it's too much work to bypass this while the patient is standing in front of you.

I think even a box in the insurance payment window of how much int he insurance payment applies towards the annual max.  Maybe default it w/ the entire payment amount and then be able to change it if a procedure doesn't apply toward the max.

This is becoming more common with the increase in variety of insurance benefits/plans being offered. It would also be handy to be able to track the separate maximums for orthodontic benefit or other lifetime type maximums.

Might also need to take into account "Rollover" policies. I think you may actually need a computer to build the software we need in order to keep up with all the insurance policy shenanigans going on right now...or just stop taking THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS (insurance companies are NOT part of the healthcare industry and never have been!). Patients pay the same in the end no matter what - they just don't realize it.

I think this could be as simple as adding a click box to each category in the coverage table that if selected, the procedures under that category do not accumulate towards max.

I have several plan this year that we found out have this and we have been informed of 3 more that will be adding this feature to their plans next year. This is going to be more common I believe and needs to have this! Also the rollover policies would be nice as well.
