We need a place to put patients for future contact to follow up on treatment decisions, did they check with their physician prior to treatment, CT scan sent to patient, follow up check after certain surgeries. These are different for each patient so not a set code or service attached. We have tried looking into Treatment Plan as well as Continue Care but neither of these work. We currently file charts without appointments or who need checks by month, pulling all charts that need contact each month for follow up. Hoping you can design a place to put patients to contact and print a list to work from
