Or could there be an icon on the schedule specific for premed patients? If you double click the icon, it gives you an option to input the patient's preferred pharmacy and the associated phone and fax number.
It would also be great if the premed alert was different than the rest. I used another operating system that had a small image of a capsule for patients requiring premed. This will help it to not be missed.
If you use a company that sends out auto reminders, like lighthouse, they do have a way to do that. You just have to have in their alerts PRE MED and they will send out the reminder along with the appointment reminder. As far as other reminder companies I'm not sure, but ask them because there might be a way! :)
I do agree with having a symbol that shows on the appointment box. Very nice and eye catching! The other system is great for that. Also to have a lab beaker for any lab case attached to that particular appointment is very helpful!

Patient Engage needs to be linked to Health History conditions so we can send out specific text reminders like PRE-MED or other conditions.

I cant say this enough! shout this from the roof tops!!!! this allow will help to eliminate loss of production due to a patient forgetting to premed!
