It is too cumbersome creating the medication list for all patients manually. In other software once you start typing a drug it offers you the options from the PDR to select. Creating a list of all the drugs manually and potentially misspelling drugs in perpetuity is too time consuming. Also adding drop downs to select allergies and medical conditions for the same time saving reason.
