I find the Moneris / Vantiv / iQ/ Worldpay / FIS user interface to be the worst I've ever encountered for any entity I've ever had to deal with! The web portal seems to be constantly changing, is difficult to log into and is almost impossible to intuitively navigate. This is borne out by the fact that not only do they suggest having the user watch instructional videos, but also to take "classes" on how to use the Portal. When I called Worldpay to try to ask a question about a section in the Merchant Statement that was not clear, I was told "that department does not open until 10:00 am Eastern time". What better way to communicate that, as a Company, you are not concerned about your Paying Clients than to be closed when they are most likely to need you, i.e., during normal business hours?!
I would like to see Dentrix make it so that we have other options for credit card processors that would integrate with the system so that we are not "locked in" to having to deal with this 1 company.
