When running the Patient Balance Report, there should be more filters. You should be able to filter out accounts that do not have any balances. If there is no Family Balance and No Patient Balance, these accounts do not need to be on the report. Right not it includes these accounts and the report is way too long.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
Patient Balance Report should not print EVERY patient with and without balances. There should be an option to filter out only ACTIVE patient balances.
