I have used what is called Real-Time with Delta Dental and it is amazing. I am able to electronically submit a claim and within about 30 seconds, the claim has been adjudicated and I know how much the patient will owe for that claim and I can collect at the time of his/her appointment. This clears up patient debt immediately and fewer statements are needed to be sent out. It especially helps with hygiene claims.
