At the top of each column provide a daily production total for that provider.
Also provide a hourly production number for the provider and finally provide the gap number + or -
This row should be made to be hidden by a button to the left of the columns.
This is a no-brainer and should be part of any well run practice.

This is a good idea. While the "view amount" box in the upper right corner of the appointment book module reflects the total dollar amount for all of the scheduled production for a particular appointment with a certain provider, it would be nice to separate out the total dollar amount by provider within the same appointment.
i.e. The total amount currently displayed for the hygienist for Monday is $1000, but $300 of that $1000 are exams that will be credited to a different provider. When viewing the appointment book, and selecting the hygienist as the provider, it should then only reflect $700 not the full $1000.
