We are looking for a Dental Preautorization report that shows only active patients. We need to know within the report the following: CDT code/tx description. The Unscheduled Treatment Plan List is similar- but we are looking to further filter out tx that has no preautorizations. The filters in Custom Lists and Letters (in Office Manager) allow for just about every patient statistic possible, except for those who are both active and have current pre-treatment authorization. This means we are having to create reports with much more data than needed, ie: the reports show inactivated pts, or ptes that have expired.
