Before previous update, the acquire date used to pull automatically. Since the update I now have to manually go into Dexis and locate the acquired date and put it in manually. Would like to see it automatically pulled again.

Can we ask what steps you are taking to acquire the image and what modules they are being imported into. we would like to provide proper response, based upon your answer.
When pulling attachments for claims, I'm in the claim within the patient ledger. I open the attachment section and choose Dexis which takes me to the images where I select the images I want to send for the claim. When I pull perio charts, the correct date fills correctly for the acquire section, but when I pull images from Dexis, both the create and acquire date are set for the day I'm submitting the claim. So, if I want to list the correct date that the images were actually acquired I now have to go back to dexis and/or the chart and look for the date there and manually enter it rather than have it automatically filled.
