This would really be helpful for non-billing staff to understand at a glance where balances are coming from. If there was a separate view option that they could flip to to be able to see why a patient owes, rather than looking at the ledger as an accounting, chronological book. it would REALLY be helpful. Also to be able to print Statements for the patient in that same format for their records or to submit to HSA( including CDT/CPT codes.) The current Walkout Print format when choosing Attending Physicians Statement allows to pick a single date and add codes but doesn't show insurance or patient payments made toward that service. This needs to show one one page in order for HSA's and Insurance carriers to reimburse patients. The equivalent should be more like the old Superbills. We will soon need the Primary Diagnosis code as well (ICD 10 and CDT10)-Thanks
