It already prints all of the other data from the Insurance Data box on these reports, but does not list what Fee Schedule is attached. This would be very helpful to be able to verify the correct fee schedule is attached when quickly running this report.

This feature would be great as we are in the process of negotiating with insurance companies and it would be great to easily see what insurance companies use certain fee schedules.
