We just upgraded to the 7.3. The "new" ASAP list format is awful. Too many steps to click through to get the list generated. I have to shut down my current screen to even see the ASAP list. Before it would just show up over the appointment book page. I now have to set perimeters to view it. Before it would just pop up the list of whoever was flagged ASAP.

We created custom ASAP lists, sort it by Provider, and love it!!! (There are three doctors in our clinic with 3 hygiene coordinators and office managers. We each created a custom ASAP list and sort that list by provider. I only see the hygiene/dentist patients that I need to see.) These preferences are saved by saving the profile.
