When an ins co sends an electronic payment I should be able to put it directly into the claim.

Thank you for the recommendation. there are ways to enter an electronic and batch electronic payment. For steps on how to do this, we encourage you to contact support at 833-471-2273.
It takes so much extra time to run a credit card payment; delete it; and then re-enter it under the insurance claim. Being able to have it go directly to the insurance claim would make it so much easier, and take the front office less time to run payments
