In Health History, Setup, there should be tabs to create or manage Physician Contacts and Preferred Pharmacy Contacts.
Currently, a user can only add or edit these by selecting a patient, then opening those contact fields. It seems like those should be available in the Setup area to edit or manage, even without a user selected.
