It would be useful if a filter was added to this report that would allow you to modify the report. Currently, if you run a year end procedures not attached to dental claims report it will pull any procedure that was done at a time that a patient did not have insurance. So, if a procedure was done 2/2/19 and at that time the patient did not have insurance and now on 2/2/20 you are requesting this report and the patient now has insurance but it was not active at the 2/2/19 procedure date, the report will pull that 2/2/19 procedure and say that this is a procedure not attached to a dental claim.
