In continuing care sometimes multiple family members are listed as due for a prophy, but if you go into the family file and select a patient that wasn't listed in CC and see that they are over due for a prophy. It would be nice for the CC to be able to include ALL family members that are over due instead of just a few random ones.

The CC due list is not subject to random or few patients per family. if the patient is overdue, they should be on the list. if they are missing, there will be something in the settings that is not correct. we encourage you to contact support at 833-471-2273.
