WE see 40-60 patients a day, so we are sending off tons of pre treatment authorizations. It would be nice to have a prompt show up after you have batched to primary insurance asking if you would also like to batch to their secondary insurance (if they have one.) Right now you have to go into the family file each time you batch to check and see if they have secondary insurance, which I don't always remember to do.
