We have first visit, last visit on the family file but not next visit. It will be easier to see what the dots next visit would be if it was on the same place.

Yes! When someone calls on the phone I want to pull up their file and see what appt they are talking about! I want all future appts booked listed in the family file! So I can just quickly click and not have to search their name in the find appt box!!!
I was just thinking this the other day . No offense but could careless about the first visit here - most importantly I want to make sure everyone is aware of their NEXT appointment.
