Prevent completed procedures from showing on next appointment or route slip

Once a tooth/Filling is set complete, it should automatically be removed from future scheduled appointments/and or be prevented from showing up on the route slip. At the very least it should show completed on the route slip like it does when you open the appointment book.

For example: Patient was pre-appointed for two operative  appointments (19-MO, 30-MO) at the recare visit. Patient came in complaining of toothaches on #19-MO and originally we were scheduled to do #30-MO in that appointment. We addressed the toothache on #19-MO at her first operative visit and set it complete thru the appointment book. Because it was not automatically taken out the next appointment, the next route slip still showed #19-MO needing to be treated. This is vitally important to prevent previously treated teeth to be re-treated when unnecessary.
