Allow for additional phone numbers with a flag to indicate which is the preferred phone number, or the order of the phone numbers to be used when contacting the patient. Use preferred phone number for Appointment Book, Reports, Etc. Add more phone number fields with the ability to label each one (e.g. "Cell," "Emergency," "Caretaker," etc.)
Additionally, allow an option to indicate language preference (English, Spanish, etc.)
