There needs to be a way to have multiple payment agreements per family file or per person. For example the HoH may not owe anything but an adult child or spouse does and instead of the payment agreement being under there name there needs to be a way to do it for that specific pt, or atleast allow us to have multiple. Not all parents pay for their kids/spouses things etc.....

Payment agreements need to be patient specific , not just for the Head of Household. With the recent implementation of an in-house membership plan in our office, we have no way to set up payment plans for different members of the same family. In addition, if another member of that same family needs a payment plan for extensive treatment, such a ortho for instance, we have to document the due date and then manually process the credit card payment. This task needs to be streamlined and automated by allowing multiple payment agreements for the same family.
