Being able to export pt. questionnaires directly from the Questionnaires module to the pt. Document Center would be fabulous!

Agreed! I know it's possible to manually print a copy of the questionnaire to the document center but it would be HUGE if a copy of the questionnaire was just automatically saved to the patient's document center each time a new questionnaire is completed.
This will allow all forms, documents, etc. to be in one place.
