Perio chart should display date of last data set on window instead of today's date

You have to go to file->open to see dates of last perio charting.  It could make it easier to determine if they are due for new probing if it would display the last date on the top of the window.

    This is a request to show most recent date on top to also make it easier to pull most recent Perio Chart when creating new and attaching to insurance. Currently office is scrolling through many dates to find most recent. TIA!
