Printing a statement does not show a tally of the total amount for the year. We get many complaints that the statement is not a tax receipt.

Since Billing Statements print transactions for all family members, it is a perfect tool to use as an income tax receipt. 1. Office Manager | Reports | Billing...2. Enter the Balance Forward date as the beginning date (ex. 01/01/20XX)3. Enter the Statement Date as the ending date (ex. 12/31/20XX)4. Choose the name of the Head of Household in the From and To fields under Select Guarantor.5. Make sure the Minimum Balance to Bill is 0.006. Check 'Include Credit Balances?'7. Uncheck all boxes under Options8. Select Batch or Print9. Click OK
Admin - could this same 'process' be completed for all patients within the practice? And sent like a monthly statement but on an annual basis? Verses doing it for one family at a time??
