We would like to be able to create an Archive Database for archived/inactive patients. Our system is 22 years old and we have over 90,000 patients of record. When we run utilities - it takes 4 hours! We would like to be able to segregate those patients and move them to a different location.

I completely agree! We are a specialty office, and only see patients for a few appointments and then they go back to their general dentist. We too have an extremely large inactive/archived patient database.
