Currently clicking on the Eligibility E only pulls up Internet explorer, and it would be better if it came up in the Default windows browser. Many of us set our Default Browsers to Chrome or Firefox, and are more comfortable using those web browsers to view insurance Eligibility.

internet explorer is being phased out & is no longer secure, as it is no longer supported by microsoft. it is also generating weird errors on some of our workstations. time for something new...
