The pontic for a bridge remains in the patient chart when the bridge is sectioned. The only way to remove the pontic from the patient chart is to inactivate the procedure. By inactivating, the tooth history is removed from the progress notes.

Has there been any progress made on this issue? We just encountered it with another patient again today and sure would appreciate the ability to have the sectioned portion of the bridge (D9120) not show in the chart anymore. There are Dentrix updates almost once a week anymore, you should would think this would have been taken care of by now. Thank you!
