The most important feature of the Treatment Manager is to manage treatment. If the POJ doesn't update, how are you supposed to keep up with the contacts? It's one of the most important things, if not the most. It's actually quadruple the workload because the send message doesn't update the POJ (so you have to manually do this) and it doesn't record why the msg was sent (so you have to add an extra journal note).
